These terms apply to nail training courses for individual masters, corporate training delivered at a client’s salon, and consulting services, as described on this website. They form part of the agreement between us once a booking is confirmed.

1. You send an enquiry by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone.
2. We agree the course, the format, the date, the price and the payment schedule.
3. I confirm all of it to you in writing (a message counts as writing).
4. You pay by the agreed deadline. Your place is reserved once the payment — or the first instalment, where we agreed to split it — has been received.
5. You receive a receipt or an invoice for the amount paid.

Prices are shown on this website in euro. Payment may be made in euro or Polish złoty; when paying in złoty, the amount is converted at the rate agreed at the time of booking.

Prices for group courses are per participant. An individual (one-to-one) course is priced at the rate for three participants.

For corporate training at your premises, travel and accommodation costs are agreed separately in advance and are not included in the per-participant price.

Payment schedule. Payment terms are agreed individually before your booking is confirmed. As a rule:

• One-day courses — the full fee is paid before the course begins.
• Multi-day courses — the full fee is normally paid before the course begins. By prior arrangement it may be split into two equal parts: the first before the course begins, the second on the final day of training.

Any arrangement other than the default applies only once it has been confirmed in writing.

Group courses run with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants. If the minimum is not reached, I may propose a new date or convert the course to another format. If neither suits you, any amounts you have paid are refunded in full.

If I have to cancel or reschedule for any other reason, you may choose between an alternative date and a full refund.

If you need to change your date, tell me as early as you can and I will do my best to move you to another course.

Plans change. I would much rather move you to another date than keep your money, so tell me as early as you can.

• More than 14 days before the course — you get a full refund, or we move you to another date at no cost, whichever you prefer.
• Between 14 and 7 days before — we move you to another date at no cost. If you would rather have the money back, I refund the fee less any costs I have already incurred for your place and can document, such as materials bought or a model booked for you.
• Less than 7 days before — I will move you to the next course where I possibly can. If that is not possible and you ask for a refund, I refund the fee less documented costs.
• If you do not come and do not tell me — the fee covers the place that was held for you and the day that could no longer be filled. If my actual costs turn out to be lower than the amount you paid, write to me and I will return the difference.

Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree on another.

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.

To withdraw, simply write to me at mail@alinasymonenko.pl. No special form is needed — a plain message stating that you withdraw is enough. I return everything you have paid within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method.

If your course takes place inside those 14 days and you still want to attend, tell me expressly that you want the training to begin before the withdrawal period ends. In that case:

• if you withdraw before the course starts, you get everything back;
• if you withdraw after it has started, you pay for the part already delivered and I return the rest;
• once the course has been delivered in full with your express consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If you are booking as a business — a salon, or a nail master purchasing training for their own registered activity — this statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply, and the terms in section 6 govern instead.

Unless stated otherwise on the course page: all consumable materials and professional products used during training, models arranged for the practical part, training materials, and a personal certificate on completion.

Participants bring their own cutting and piercing instruments (nippers, scissors, pusher) for hygiene reasons.

For corporate training at your salon, the client provides workstations, equipment, consumables and models according to the checklist supplied in advance.

A certificate confirms the skills demonstrated during the course. I may withhold a certificate where a participant has not taken part in the practical work or has not reached the standard the course requires; in that case we will agree how and when it can be obtained.

Courses are taught in Ukrainian. On individual request a course may be delivered in Polish or English with an interpreter; the interpreter’s fee is agreed separately and is not included in the course price.

For everyone’s safety, participants must follow hygiene and safety instructions during training. I may refuse participation, without refund, to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct prevents the group from working.

If something is wrong, write to mail@alinasymonenko.pl describing the problem. I will reply within 14 days.

Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the services of the regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) and municipal consumer ombudsmen (miejski rzecznik konsumentów).

Training materials, presentations and photographs provided during a course are protected by copyright. They are for your personal professional use and may not be reproduced, distributed or used to deliver training to others without written permission.
